Some 6 years ago we moved into our present home onlyt to discover some weeks later that the central heating hardly worked. Mal had done work for us before and we were confident he knew what he was doing. He fitted a new boiler after explaining to us in great detail our options and when we discovered that the whole estate had severe problems with heating Mal looked deeper . He found that the central heating systems installed through the whole estate back in the 1990s was using an outdated micro bore pipping. This early version of pipe caused sediment buildup which prevented the hot water from the boiler reaching the radiators. Many residents on the estate had tried to remedy this with little success some having to resort to completely replacing pipe work with new , sometimes surface mounted. Mal worked his magic and managed to get enough flow to get all the radiators producing heat . With regular servicing the system has remained stable and working for over 4 years now. We don’t believe anyone other than Mal could have achieved this. Simple the best.
