After being let down numerous times with different heating engineers it was great having this company turn up on time .Mal took the time to completely check all the parts of my vaillant boiler and kept us informed throughout .

I found HPE by chance in an emergency. Mal came as soon as he could and arrived exactly when he said he would. He dealt most competently with my central heating valve problem and inspired confidence in his work. It says much for him that he carries all the fiddly bits one might need on his van so is not delayed on the job for want of bits. I was impressed by his high standards and would recommend him
